Meet Beautness℠ Coach, Ashley Gibson
Apprentice and Salon Coordinator
Born in Overland Park and raised in Olathe, Kansas, Ashley Gibson discovered her love for the beauty industry at a young age while watching her aunt work in a salon. What began as inspiration quickly became a clear calling one rooted in creativity, care, and helping others feel confident and supported.
Ashley is currently completing her cosmetology licensure through the Missouri Apprenticeship Program, a rigorous path that allowed her to train inside the salon while preparing for her state board examination. While studying, she worked two jobs and balanced real-world experience with discipline and determination, earning the respect of both clients and colleagues along the way.
Ashley believes beauty is most powerful when people feel seen, heard, and valued. Known for her empathy and professionalism, she creates a calm, welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves.
Through her own commitment to wellness and balance, Ashley embraced the Beautness℠ lifestyle and became a Beautness℠ Coach. By integrating daily beauty routines, physical wellness, and mental wellbeing into her life, she experienced how alignment builds confidence from the inside out.
Ashley is proud to be the first individual at Salon Ramón to pursue licensure while becoming a Beautness℠ Coach, setting a new standard for entering the beauty profession with intention and integrity.
Today, Ashley guides clients with compassion and clarity helping them build healthy routines, confidence, and a deeper connection to their own beauty.
