Ramón Walker

Creator of Beautness℠. Founder of Salon Ramón

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Spain, Ramón Walker was immersed in beauty from the very beginning. He grew up inside the industry, guided by parents who were both internationally recognized hair professionals. His mother made history as the first Puerto Rican to win a World Championship in Hair Design (Düsseldorf, 1978), while his father combined a successful hair design career with formal business training, holding an MBA.

This rare blend of artistry, discipline, and business intelligence became the foundation of Ramón’s work and set him apart early in his career.

With over 40 years of experience, Ramón mastered the craft at a young age, earning advanced certifications and spending more than 15 years traveling internationally as an International and National Master Stylist, teaching and representing professional haircare brands around the world.

Yet even with success, Ramón noticed something deeper: beauty on the outside didn’t always create confidence on the inside. Clients and even industry professionals were still experiencing confusion, anxiety, and disconnection from themselves.

That realization changed his life.

Through lived experience, Ramón discovered that true confidence only exists when inner wellbeing and outer beauty align. This understanding became Beautness℠ a philosophy and practice that connects daily beauty routines, physical wellness, and mental wellbeing into one clear, sustainable system.

Beautness℠ didn’t just transform Ramón’s work, it transformed how he lived.

Today, as a Beautness℠ Coach, Ramón guides others to understand their unique beauty and build calm, lasting confidence not by changing who they are, but by helping them see themselves clearly and live in alignment.
